01Do I need to buy a new GPS tracker?
No. If your tracker is on the compatible list, you connect it as it is — just change its server and port.
02Does NaviZone sell SIM cards or install hardware?
No. We do not sell SIM cards or install trackers. NaviZone is an app and a web dashboard; installation is done by you or by our installer partner.
03How do the seven free days work?
The trial comes with any annual plan — seven days, once per account. You can cancel any time before they end and nothing is charged. Monthly plans have no trial, and there is no free plan either.
04Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are identical in every country and quoted in US dollars. The App Store and Google Play charge in your local currency at the store rate and with local taxes, so the figure in the app will look different.
05Can I switch from another platform?
Yes. Usually you just change the server address and port in the tracker and add the vehicle to NaviZone. No new hardware needed.
06Is NaviZone available in my country?
Tell us your country and tracker model so we can confirm connection options in your region.
07Is there an API?
API for integrations is set up on the Business plan; scope and terms are agreed with a manager.
08Is there a partner program?
Yes. A separate partner program with a recurring model for partners, installers and integrators.
09Can NGOs use NaviZone?
Yes. NGOs and volunteer organizations apply separately for a year of access; applications are reviewed manually.
