Everything to work with objects — in one product
Everything to work with objects in one product: cloud tracker hosting, web dashboard, mobile app, reports, alerts, roles, API and integrations.
NaviZone is a telematics platform that turns the signals from your GPS trackers into a working tool: map, history, reports, alerts and integrations. All in one product, in the browser and on the phone, without servers of your own and without hardware installation.
One platform instead of a stack of tools
Monitoring is often assembled from scattered services: a map here, reports there, alerts and access somewhere else. That creates extra complexity and gaps where data gets lost. NaviZone brings all of these functions into a single cabinet with one login.
You connect an object through GPS hosting and instantly get the full set of modules with no extra installs or tool-to-tool integrations. Everything about an object lives in one place: where it is now, where it has been, what happened to it.
Hosting and data storage
The foundation of the platform is receiving and storing telemetry. Data from trackers arrives on our infrastructure, is stored with the history depth you choose, and is available at any time. Scaling and backups are on our side: you do not administer servers or watch free space.
History depth depends on the plan — from a few months to a few years — so you can go back to past routes and events for reporting, investigations or analytics.
Web dashboard and mobile app
The web dashboard gives a real-time map, object cards, history and controls from your computer. The iOS and Android apps keep the same control in your pocket, with push alerts for important events.
One account works on both desktop and phone: a manager reviews summaries from the office while an operator in the field reacts from a smartphone. The data is in sync, with no separate databases per device.
Reports, alerts and geofences
The platform calculates mileage, stops and events and builds reports you can view or export for accounting. Instead of compiling tables by hand, you get ready figures for the period you choose.
Geofences capture entry and exit from zones, and alerts via push, Telegram and email notify you of events the moment they happen — so your reaction does not depend on whether someone is looking at the map.
Roles, access and multi-account
For a team it matters who sees what. NaviZone provides roles and permissions: a manager sees everything, an operator sees their group of objects, a client sees only their own. This reduces the risk of mistakes and keeps sensitive data under control.
Higher plans add object groups and multi-account — the structure dealers and integrators need when they manage many clients under the partner program.
API and integrations
The platform is open: through the fleet management API and webhooks you connect monitoring to CRM, ERP, billing and BI systems. This lets you embed NaviZone data into your own processes instead of moving it between windows by hand.
Who the platform is for
NaviZone fits fleet owners, logistics, agriculture, service and field teams, as well as dealers and integrators. The product is built by a Ukrainian team for the global market — with different tracker models, unstable connectivity and real field scenarios in mind.
