NaviZone API for integrations and automation

Connect NaviZone monitoring to your systems — CRM, ERP, billing, BI. REST API and webhooks are available on Pro and Business / API.

The NaviZone fleet management API gives programmatic access to monitoring data — objects, positions, trips and events — so you can embed it into your own systems: CRM, ERP, billing, BI. No monitoring servers of your own, on top of the cloud platform.

Why you need an API

A cabinet is convenient for people, but business processes live in your systems. The API removes manual data transfer: positions, statuses and events from NaviZone land where you make decisions — your sales CRM, fuel accounting or internal dashboard.

This matters most when you have many objects or when monitoring data should drive other processes — charging, planning, reporting. Instead of looking at a separate window, you keep the data where it is actually needed and automate the routine.

What the REST API gives you

It is a REST API with JSON responses. Through it you get the list of objects and their state, current coordinates, trip and event history. Any language or platform that can make HTTP requests integrates with NaviZone — from a simple script to a full service.

Because the format is standard, your team can build the integration without special tools: an access key and documentation are enough. Platform data becomes part of your code rather than another place to log into by hand.

Webhooks: events in real time

Instead of constantly polling the system, you can receive events the moment they happen. Webhooks push a message to your endpoint about a geofence entry or exit, an alert firing or another event.

That means less load and a faster reaction: your system does not make thousands of pointless “did anything change” requests, it gets a signal at the moment of the event. This makes it easy to build automations — from notifications to triggering processes in adjacent services.

Access keys and roles

API access is managed by keys and roles. You issue a dedicated key per integration and limit its rights, so an external system gets exactly what it needs. If a key is no longer needed, you can revoke it without affecting other integrations.

The same role principle works in the platform for your team, so access control is consistent for both people and systems.

Typical integrations

  • CRM — link objects and activity to clients and deals;
  • ERP and accounting — pull mileage and usage into internal processes;
  • billing — charge for services based on monitoring data;
  • BI — build your own dashboards and analytics.

These are only typical scenarios — in practice the API supports any logic your system needs, because the data is available in a standard form.

How to get access

First connect objects via GPS hosting, then choose a plan with API on the pricing page and generate an access key. If you are an integrator building solutions for clients, take a look at the partner program, where the API is part of the partner toolkit.
