This Privacy Policy describes how NaviZone ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.
1. Data We Collect
Contact data — name, email, phone, company name (when submitting forms on the website). GPS monitoring data — coordinates, speed, sensor status (when using the platform). Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited. Cookies — functional cookies required for the website to operate (no analytics or advertising cookies are used).
2. Legal Basis for Processing
We process data based on: performance of a contract (providing GPS monitoring services); your consent (when submitting contact forms); legitimate interest (improving security and service quality). You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting info@navi.zone.
3. How We Use Data
To provide GPS monitoring services under the contract. To process inquiries and feedback. To improve the platform and website. To comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Protection & Retention
We use HTTPS encryption, secure data storage and restricted personnel access. Data is retained for the duration of the contract and 12 months thereafter, unless otherwise required by law. Contact form data is retained for up to 6 months.
5. Third-Party Data Sharing
Data is not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Hosting is located within the EU. In the event of data transfer outside the EU, we apply Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in accordance with GDPR.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR and Ukrainian law, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict data processing; receive your data in a machine-readable format (data portability); object to data processing. 7. Cookies
The website uses only functional cookies necessary for proper operation (language preference, session). We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
8. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and affected users without undue delay, as required by GDPR.
