This Privacy Policy applies to the software and mobile applications under the NaviZone name owned by Monitorland
LLC, the NaviZone website and its subdomains. NaviZone ("NaviZone," "we" or "us") knows that you care about how
information about you is used and shared.
This Privacy Policy explains what information NaviZone will collect when you visit the NaviZone website, Products
and related services, how that information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or
deletion of information. We will not use or share your information with anyone except in accordance with this
Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) or
from other sources. Use of information collected through our platform, mobile applications and website is limited to
the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy and User Agreement
Data we collect

register for an account, subscribe to services, pay for a subscription to services, participate in a promotion or

An IP address is a unique numerical address assigned to a computer when it accesses the Internet.
Navizone does not have access to any personally identifiable information, and we would never seek to obtain this
information. Your IP address is logged when you visit our site, but our analytics software only uses this
information to track the number of visitors from specific regions.

time you visit our site or access your account on our network.
Data Use and Storage
Generally, the Personal Data you provide to us is used either to respond to your inquiries or to help us better

Geolocation Data
- In servicing you, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology such as GLONASS) to determine your
exact geographic location in order to provide this information to your authorized users and provide them with
relevant services. We may use and store your location information to provide features of our Platform and to
improve and customize it. In addition, we may use it to analyze statistics and provide this non-personal
aggregated data to other parties. We will not use or share this data for any other purpose.

Many devices display an icon when location services are running. We share this location information with others
only with your permission.

If you do not want us to use your location for the above purposes, you should disable your GPS tracking device or
turn off location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your cell phone
settings and/or mobile application.
How we share your data
Personally Identifiable Information
- NaviZone does not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to others. Any personally identifiable
information that you choose to make publicly available on our website or social pages, such as when you post
comments on a testimonial page, will be available to others. If you delete information that you have made publicly
available, copies of it may remain viewable on cached and archived pages on the service where you posted it or if
other users have copied or saved that information.

as hosting your applications, communicating with you through a live chat program, or processing payments for
purchases.

and/or business. Your information, such as customer names and e-mail addresses and other User information
associated with the NaviZone website and Products, may be among the information sold or otherwise transferred in

bankruptcies, reorganizations, liquidations, similar transactions or proceedings involving all or part of a

Data Security

NaviZone is committed to ensuring the security of your application data and personal information. We use a variety
of industry standard security technologies and procedures to protect application data and personal information
from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Any sensitive information (such as credit or debit card details) is
encrypted and protected using specialized software.

Non-sensitive data (email address, etc.) is transmitted over the Internet in the usual way, and this can never be
guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot
guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your
information, we make every effort to keep it secure on our systems. If we have provided (or you have chosen) a
password that allows you to access certain areas of our Products, you are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of that password. We ask that you do not share your password with anyone.

Despite these measures, you should be aware that NaviZone cannot completely eliminate the security risks

Access rights, corrections and objections
The accuracy of your information is very important to us. We work to make it easy for you to review and correct
the information we hold about you. In the meantime, if you have changed your email address, or any other
information we hold is inaccurate or out of date, ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, you can
withdraw your consent to the use of your data at any time, which will affect all future use. To do so, simply send
an email to contact.us.navizone@gmail.com. We will acknowledge
your request within seventy-two (72) hours and
process it promptly.
Our storage of your information

If you have an account with NaviZone, we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or
as long as necessary to provide services to you. We will retain and use your information as necessary to fulfill
our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Account and data deletion

As of October 05, 2023, NaviZone (Monitorland LLC) gives users the option to permanently delete the account and
all personal data without the possibility of recovery.
How to delete your NaviZone account
By following the instructions below, you will permanently delete your account and its data. It is not possible to restore a deleted account.

On the NaviZone website Log in to the NaviZone account you want to delete. If you do not have access to it, recover your password.
- Click on the settings menu (three horizontal bars) in the upper right corner. Select the "Profile" tab, Select the "Delete Account" tab.
- Follow the instructions to delete the account.
Children's Personal Information

We do not knowingly or intentionally collect or process any personal data from children under the age of 18. If
you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any personal data through our Site or Products. Parents and
legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's Internet use and assist us in enforcing this Privacy
Policy by teaching their children never to provide personal data through our Site or Products.

If you have reason to believe that we may have been sent personal information of a child under the age of 18,

efforts to delete such

NaviZone in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to determine the form and manner in which we provide

privacy policy applies only to our services, so we encourage you to read the privacy statements on other

Social Media. Our site may include social media features, such as a Facebook Follow button and
