Fuel monitoring
Fuel monitoring: refuels, drains and real consumption
NaviZone counts how much was refuelled, how much was used and whether any was drained — with the time and place of every event. Data from a level sensor, the CAN bus or a consumption rate.
Every refuel and drain on the chart
The report shows the tank level for any period and marks the events worth checking.
- Time, address and volume of every event
- Fuel sloshing on the move doesn't create false refuels
- You set the minimum refuel and drain volume

Works with what's already installed
Choose a calculation method for each object. If there are several, the report uses the most accurate one that has data.

Most accurate: tank level, refuels and drains.
CAN bus
Fuel counter from the on-board computer.
Pulse flow meter
Consumption from sensor pulses on the fuel line.
Instant consumption
Litres per hour from the sensor, summed per trip.
Rate per 100 km
No sensors: based on mileage and a consumption rate.
Engine hours
Idle consumption based on ignition time.
If a sensor fails, the report shows a calculated value, not zero.

Tank calibration without a programmer
The table converts the sensor signal into litres. Enter it by hand or carry it over with another object's settings.
